Rainwater
Fall can bring many rainy days after a dry summer. This buildup of moisture and potential flooding around and even inside of your home can create a perfect environment for mold to grow. Make sure your gutters are free of leaves and debris to ensure proper drainage around your home. Also, be sure to quickly take care of leaks in the roof or basement flooding. This can cause mold in the roof or siding of your home, so be sure your home is well ventilated and prepared for rainy fall weather.
